1. Service Description

ThermoFlux.tech provides AI-powered lead generation services that connect your social networks, identify high-value prospects, and automate targeted advertising campaigns to deliver qualified leads at competitive rates ranging from $40-60 per conversion, depending on the advertising channel and targeting complexity used.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Standard Leads: $40 per qualified lead with basic demographic targeting
• Premium Leads: $50 per qualified lead with advanced behavioral targeting
• Enterprise Leads: $60 per qualified lead with custom audience modeling

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We offer volume discounts for clients requiring 100+ leads per month. All pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

3. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who meets your specified criteria, has verified contact information, demonstrates genuine interest in your services, and passes our AI-powered intent analysis. We guarantee 100% lead quality and offer replacement leads for any that do not meet our standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours recommended)
• Maintaining compliance with applicable advertising and privacy laws
• Providing feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously and comply with all applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. All lead data is collected through legitimate channels with proper consent. 6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes. Lead performance depends on various factors including your sales process, product-market fit, and market conditions. We are not responsible for how you use or follow up with provided leads.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by ThermoFlux.tech remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our lead generation processes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. We will complete delivery of any leads already in progress but will not begin new campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the legal theory.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sioux Falls, SD.
